Alabama State Department of Education: Arroyo Research Services provides comprehensive Migrant Education Program (MEP) support and implementation, including outreach enrollment and services for migratory children and youth in non-MEP-funded LEAs, managing data, support with parent advisory committee (PAC), and executing the continuous improvement cycle.

Florida Department of Education/PAEC: For almost two decades, Arroyo Research Services has facilitated the Florida Migrant Education Program (MEP) continuous improvement cycle activities to complete its comprehensive needs assessment (CNA), service delivery plan (SDP) and evaluation 

IMPACT Family Engagement Consortium Incentive Grant: Arroyo Research Services coordinates IMPACT activities for the eight member states: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Iowa, Montana and Pennsylvania (lead state). IMPACT supports Migrant Education Program (MEP) educators and families to use evidence-based practices to support children’s learning, specifically in language and literacy development, math and numeracy skills, and college and career readiness. 

Kentucky Department of Education: Arroyo Research Services has facilitated comprehensive needs assessment (CNA), service delivery plan (SDP) and evaluation for multiple cycles of the continuous improvement cycle

Maryland State Department of Education: Arroyo Research Services has provided outreach and enrollment of migratory children in non-MEP-funded counties, Migrant Education Program (MEP) eligibility training, ongoing COE review, onsite and remote outreach and enrollment, quality control including re-interviews, and comprehensive needs assessments and service delivery planning.

Mississippi Migrant Education Services Center: Arroyo Research Services provides parent and family engagement training, Certificate of Eligibility (COE) review, Migrant Education Program (MEP) eligibility training webinars, onsite outreach and enrollment efforts, and technical assistance 

New Jersey Essex Regional Education Services Commission: Arroyo Research Services provided comprehensive virtual and in-person training, support on outreach and enrollment of migratory children into the New Jersey Migrant Education Program (MEP), and technical assistance for regional staff. 

New York State Department of Education. Arroyo Research Services has been engaged by the New York State Department of Education (NYSED) for over 10 years to provide ongoing support with the full continuous improvement cycle: evaluation of the statewide Migrant Education Program (MEP) and facilitation of the comprehensive needs assessment (CNA) and service delivery plan (SDP)

North Carolina Department of Public Instruction: Arroyo Research Services provides outreach and enrollment and provides services for migratory children and youth in the non-MEP-funded LEAs in the western region of the state.

Pender County Schools, North Carolina: Arroyo Research Services conducted onsite efforts to expand OSY outreach and enrollment for the Pender County Migrant Education Program (MEP). 

Pennsylvania State Department of Education: Pennsylvania serves as the lead state for the IMPACT consortium facilitated by Arroyo Research Services. Arroyo Research Services has also conducted outreach and enrollment, re-interviews and management technical assistance for the Pennsylvania Migrant Education Program (PA-MEP)  and facilitated development of the Pennsylvania-Migrant Education Program (PA-MEP) comprehensive needs assessment (CNA) and service delivery plan (SDP).

Tennessee Department of Education: Arroyo Research Services provides comprehensive Migrant Education Program (MEP) support and implementation, including outreach and enrollment of eligible migratory children and youth, services to preschool and OSY statewide and to K-12 students in non-MEP-funded LEAs, hosting parent advisory committee (PAC) meetings, managing data, and executing the continuous improvement cycle. 

U.S. Department of Education: Study of the Implementation of the  ESEA Title I, Part C  Migrant Education Program

Arroyo Research Services served as subject matter experts and co-authors of the U.S. Department of Education (Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development) funded study of how state and local agencies implement the Title I, Part C (Migrant Education Program (MEP)). In collaboration with Policy Studies Associates, SRI International, and Arroyo Research Services, the study examined the effectiveness of identifying and recruiting migratory children, the transfer of academic records via the MSIX system, and the delivery of supplemental services designed to help migratory students overcome educational disruptions and meet state academic standards.
