ARROYO RESEARCH SERVICES

The Arroyo Migrant Education Practice is part of Arroyo Research Services, an education research, monitoring and evaluation firm based in Asheville, NC. The Migrant Education Practice helps state education agencies, school districts, and other educational organizations run excellent and compliant Title I Part C Migrant Education Programs.

OUR SERVICES

Operations

Arroyo operates significant portions of Title I, Part C migrant education programs (MEPs) for states and school districts, including Alabama, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Our team has deep experience managing MEPs at all levels to meet the needs of the children and families of migratory agricultural workers and fishers within the requirements of Title I, Part C. Service offerings include:

Outreach

Traditionally known as identification and recruitment, well-executed outreach and enrollment are critical for meeting the complex eligibility requirements of Title I, Part C. Arroyo has provided outreach and enrollment support for Alabama, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee, as well as for individual regional and district programs. Outreach and enrollment support includes:

-Multi-source Data Analysis, Research, and Management

Professional Services

We advise states and MEPs on all aspects of the Cycle of Continuous Improvement, including Comprehensive Needs Assessment, Service Delivery Planning and Evaluation. We identify and address the specific needs of each state using the unique resources and experiences of your team. Our team has delivered more than 16 SDPs and 20 MEP evaluations across 37 states, and has been recognized for excellence by the federal Office of Migrant Education. Professional services include:
